Chef De Partie

Located in the center of Valletta, we at StrEat Whisky & Bistro is looking to hire a Chef de Partie on a full time basis. The ideal candidate should be dedicated and able to run specific sections in the kitchen whilst supporting the Sous Chef & Head Chef.
The role includes the following duties and responsibilities but is not limited to:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting in different areas of the kitchen
- Assist with stock takes when required
- Monitor portion control as well as waste control
- Adhere to health & safety regulations along with food hygiene practices at all times.
