Chef de partie
A well-established and reputable restaurant is currently seeking to employ a Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team on a full-time basis.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing specific sections within the kitchen, including the preparation of various dishes, while ensuring that all food presented meets high quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with the Sous Chef or Head Chef to maintain consistency and excellence in the kitchen.
Candidates are expected to ensure that their assigned kitchen stations are well-organized, fully equipped, and kept clean at all times.
Applicants should have a strong passion for Mediterranean cuisine, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills are essential, with fluency in English required—additional language skills will be considered an asset.
