Lesante Collection is looking to recruit for season 2025 a passionate Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Operation Manager
• Manage Front Office department.
• Ensures implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge.
• Inspect and coordinate all Department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, health and safety standards, staff and hospitality culture.
• Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and quality.
• Deliver finance, cost and payroll targets.
• Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction.
• Work in partnership with all HODs to ensure guest’s needs are exceeded regarding room requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments.
• Oversees recruitment and hiring for the Department.
• Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards.
• Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.

Job Requirements
Best Candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable position in luxury hotel operations
• Computer Literacy and familiarity with Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
• Fluency in Greek and English an extra language would be a plus
• Prior LHW experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset
• Hands-on leader
• Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
