Waitress

Join our team at Horizon Zante, a beachfront destination known for its warm hospitality, Mediterranean cuisine, and newly introduced next-generation cocktail experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded Waitress to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take food and beverage orders and serve accurately and efficiently
• Present and promote our new signature cocktail menu
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Assist with basic sales techniques to upsell items and enhance guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
• Basic knowledge of sales or upselling techniques
• Good communication skills in English (Greek is a plus)
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and customer-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and evenings
