Waitress / Waiter

Casino Malta is looking to hire a Waitress / Waiter on a full-time basis. As a Waitress / Waiter, you will be responsible for providing a fun, friendly and efficient service and sophisticated experience to the guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers
• Communicate with bar staff and kitchen
• Serve food and drinks
• Preparation of drinks
• Inform customers about our daily promos
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays
• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress would be considered an asset
• Basic maths skills
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Active listening and effective communication skills
