Head Waiter

As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of your section during service. Working closely with the restaurant and bar teams, you will deliver impeccable service.

Your day to day:

• Lead a specific section within the dining area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Inspire and motivate commis and runners to consistently achieve high standards throughout service.
• Be the primary point of contact for guest requests, resolving them promptly and professionally.
• Promote and upsell the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings while taking orders and closing bills in your designated area.
• Maintain the cleanliness of your designated dining area to meet the restaurant’s standards, always creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Inform the Restaurant Manager of any issues to ensure quick and effective resolution.
• Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where quality and guest satisfaction are top priorities.Who are you?
• At least 2 years’ experience in a casual dining restaurant or similar environment is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
