Bartender

Ramla Bay Resort is currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to become part of their dynamic team

As a Bartender, you’ll be the face of the bar, crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding service to the guests. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while keeping operations running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and handle restocking when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in line with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the rest of the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.

You’re Perfect for This Role If:

• You have experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• You’re passionate about mixology and have a good knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• You thrive in a team setting and bring a positive, can-do attitude to work every day
