Hostess (ABR)

As a Hostess, you will be an integral part of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
• Escort guests to their designated tables and ensure their comfort
• Manage guest reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
• Provide guests with menus and recommendations on food and beverage options
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Hostess in a hospitality setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and POS software
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and the ability to make recommendations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
